Pyramidal, Foam Microwave Absorber

Pyramidal absorbers are made from carbon-loaded, fire-retardant polyurethane foam and are essential components of anechoic chambers. They absorb electromagnetic waves across a wide frequency range and are flexible, durable, and effective even under high power. These absorbers are commonly used in antenna and radar test environments to reduce unwanted reflections and simulate free-space conditions.

  2. Brush adhesive on substrate and let it dry until tack-free

  3. Apply adhesive to absorber base, wait briefly

  4. Press absorber firmly onto the surface

📡 Applications
✅ Ideal for all types of anechoic chambers
✅ PE-PY type absorbers offer top-tier performance over a broad frequency spectrum
✅ Low-height PE-PY types are used for radar, antenna, and EMC test environments to reduce surface current and minimize unwanted reflections
