RF Cavity Filter

The Cavity Filter of The DwaveTech develops and manufactures a wide range of frequencies from 100MHz to 20GHz and provides it to customers with with low insertion loss and high Q performance. In addition, our provide differentiated services such as high power cavity, low pim level and low price through specialized process. We design various types of such as bandpass filter, duplexer, triplexer and multiplexer, and we can provide optimal process by selecting dimension, specification, price, delivery, according to customer’s requirement.

📦 Common Types of Cavity Filters:

🔹 RF Cavity Diplexer

Splits or combines two different frequency bands (e.g., 800 MHz and 1800 MHz), allowing one antenna to serve two RF paths.

🔹 RF Cavity Triplexer

Allows three different frequency bands to share a single antenna or transmission path, commonly used in multi-band systems.

🔹 RF Cavity Band Reject Filter (BRF)

Also called a notch filter; it blocks a narrow unwanted frequency band while allowing others to pass. Ideal for interference rejection.

🔹 RF Cavity Dual Band Pass Filter

Passes two distinct frequency bands while rejecting others — used in systems needing multi-band support with sharp filtering and high isolation.

✅ Key Features:

  • Operating Frequency: Typically from 100 MHz to 40+ GHz

  • Filter Types: Bandpass, bandstop (notch), low-pass, high-pass

  • High Q Factor: 1,000–10,000 (much higher than ceramic or LC filters)

  • Low Insertion Loss: Typically <0.5 dB

  • High Power Handling: Can support tens to hundreds of watts

  • Impedance: Usually 50 Ohm

  • Temperature Stability: Excellent, often suitable for outdoor and industrial use

  • Material: Aluminum or brass, often silver- or gold-plated for enhanced conductivity

🔧 Advantages:

  • Extremely high selectivity (steep roll-off)

  • Excellent isolation between channels

  • Rugged and stable for harsh environments

  • Handles high RF power without signal degradation

  • Customizable in frequency and bandwidth
